  • 50 gms Bitter gourd
  • 12.50 gms Cottage cheese
  • 3 tsp Anar dana
  • 12.50 gms mozzarela cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Chat masala

Directions: Cheesy Anari Karela Fritters Recipe

  • STEP 1.First scoop the middle of the bitter gourd, keep it aside.
  • STEP 2.Now mix the cottage cheese with chat masala. Fill the stuffing mixture. Shallow fry till golden brown. Now add the anar dana, turn upside down.
  • STEP 3.Now grate the mozzarella cheese, over the bitter gourd till it get cheese melts and spreads. Serve hot with chutney. Enjoy as starter.
