  • 1/2 cup Boiled sweet corn
  • 1.50 Tbsp Onion
  • 1.50 Tbsp Tomato
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 Pieces Cheese cube
  • 1/2 Pieces Green chilli
  • 0.13 tsp Black salt
  • 0.13 tsp Chaat masala
  • 0.13 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Sev
  • As Required For Ganishing Mint leaves
  • As Required For Ganishing Coriander leaves

Directions: Cheese Corn Bhel Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a large bowl, add bolied sweet corn, finely chopped onion, finely chopped tomatoes, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, black salt, chaat masala, lemon juice,Coriander leaves and mint leaves.
  • STEP 2.Mix everything well and serve it into a plate.
  • STEP 3.Top it with grated cheese and garnish with some coriander & mint leaves and sev.
