  • As Required Some peas
  • As Required As per taste Salt
  • 0.17 tsp red chilly powder
  • 0.17 tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.33 g maggi masala
  • 1/2 g lass water
  • 0.33 tsp Oil
  • 0.17 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.67 Cups bowl seviya
  • 0.67 tsp 2-3 tsp
  • 0.33 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.33 Pieces Onion
  • 0.67 Pieces Tomato
  • 0.33 Pieces Potato

Directions: Chatpati Vermicelli/seviya Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take all the ingredients and take a cooker to add oil, cumin seeds, and all veggies and mix well. Then add all masala and tomato sauce and mix well.
  • STEP 2.Now add seviyan or vermicelli and water and mix well. Now close the cooker and wait for one whistle.
  • STEP 3.Now tomato sauce, lemon juice, chopped coriander leaves mix nd ur seviya is ready to serve.
