Instead of wheat puris I use crunchy bite size chakli..to make this delicious savoury.Diwali special as my dear family relish chaklis and sev puri..so innovation of this fusion dish..which they enjoy relishing it...
STEP 1.Chop all cucumber, tomato,onion, coriander leaves....
STEP 2.Arrange Chaklis in plate.
STEP 3.On each chakli place little mashed potato, Onion tomato cucumber..

STEP 5.Now carefully pour khajur chutney and green spicy chutney on each prepared chakli- potato- onion mixture..
STEP 6.Sprinkle besan sev and garnish ... ServeDelicious Chakli Sev Puri.
