  • 0.13 Cup Grated carrot
  • 1/4 Cup oatmeal flour
  • 1/4 Cup rawa or suji
  • 1/4 Tsp schezwan sauce
  • 3/4 Tsp roasted coarsely crushed peanuts
  • 1/4 Tsp jeera
  • 1/4 Tsp musturd seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp white urad dal
  • 1/2 Tsp salt
  • 0.13 Tsp garam masala
  • 0.13 Tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 Pieces reen chilli chopped
  • 5 Pieces curry leaves chopped
  • 1/4 Cup fresh whisked curd
  • 0.38 Tsp eno fruit salt
  • 2 Tsp oil

Directions: Carrot Oats Schezwan Appe Recipe

  • STEP 1.in a mixing bowl add oameal flour, suj,i washed peeled finely grated carrots, schezwan sauce curd and little water to make lump free ribbon consistency batter .let it rest this batter for 10 -15 min.
  • STEP 2.meanwhile prepare tempering
  • STEP 3.put tadka pan on medium flame add 1tso of oil after 30 sec add jeera muturd seeds urad dal let it crackle add peanuts curry leaves roast it for 15-20 seconds put it off the flame and add this tempering in batter.
  • STEP 4.after 15 min. whisk the batter for 2 minutes .
  • STEP 5.after that add eno salt and drizzle few drops of water over eno to activate it and mix it in batter with lcut anf fold techniqyue very softly for 5-7 seconds
  • STEP 6.put non stick appe pan on medium high flame and little oil in all cavities of appe pan ]after 30 second put spoonful of batter in each cavity and cover it with lid after 3 minutes flip the appe with spoon or butter knife and let it cook for 3 minutes and drizzle little oil over appe.
  • STEP 7.flip it 2-3 times more if you think they are not fully cooked or till desired crispiness.
  • STEP 8.serve it hot with dip of ur choice . or with simple tomato ketcup.
