We make carrot's halwa,khree,ladu etc but today i have made carrot malpua.It was great in taste. Evertone liked it. And I got happiness to make something different today. This is an indian dish.

STEP 1.First of all take piles out of carrot,wash it ,now cut it into small pieces.
STEP 2.Crush in mixture 1/2 cup ravo and take it out in bowl and add 1/2 cup maida,2 spoon milk powder,1 spoon crushed sugar, 1/2 spoon elachi powder in it and mix it well
STEP 3.Now take mixture and add 1/2 cup water and shake it and then kept it seperate for just now.
STEP 4.Now add crushed carrot and add some some water to make mixture's better.
STEP 5.Now kept it untouched for 15 minutes with a plate on container.
STEP 6.Now take one bowl and add 2 cup of water,1.5 cup sugar,4 threads of kesar and add species of elachi now mix it well.
STEP 7. Now on gas stove of midium flame
STEP 8.Now let sugar melt. now low the flame now let sugar be like honey.
STEP 9.Now let sugar melt. Now low the flame now let sugar be like honey(8 min time approximately).
STEP 10. Turn of gas stove.Now in melted sugar(chasani) add rose petals.
STEP 11.After 15 minutes add milk or water in better.now better Is fully ready.now add red food colour ( I have not add).Now add 1/4 spoon baking powder in better and mix it well.
STEP 12.Heat oil/ghee in a pan and take out small/big pods in it with a spoon and then dig one by one in curry syrup and take it out in a plate or blow and granish the almonds with pistachio pics and rose petals and now serve it.
