Carrot kheer is a good source of desert, prepared with kaju and badam, instead of sugar Jaggery and dates being used, so it is sugar free and healthy too.
STEP 1.Cut carrot into slices and add badam, kaju and dates and milk, put it in cooker and boil to get 2-3 whistles.
When it gets cool, grind it in mixer and then add required jaggery to it and boil.
Tasty carrot kheer is ready.
