  • 1.50 Pieces Carrot (
  • A Few Kaju - Badam (
  • A Few Dates (
  • As Required Milk (
  • As Required jaggery ( required as per taste)

Directions: Carrot Kheer Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut carrot into slices and add badam, kaju and dates and milk, put it in cooker and boil to get 2-3 whistles. When it gets cool, grind it in mixer and then add required jaggery to it and boil. Tasty carrot kheer is ready.
