Ingredients for Burfi Recipe

  • 20 gm Khoya
  • 1/10 litre Milk
  • 10 g As needed sugar
  • 1 g Pistachios for garnish

Directions: Burfi Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a wok boil milk, bring it to boil little thicker. Now add khoya and sugar,cook on low flame,keep stiring, cook it till. It become thicker.
  • STEP 2.Grease a plate with ghee add mixure,cut it when little cool.
  • STEP 3.Garnish with pistachios.
