  • 1.75 g As needed Ghee
  • 0.13 g Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Powder
  • 1/4 Kg Bowl besan

Directions: Bundi Ke Laddu Recipe

  • STEP 1.Prepare a thin batter with besan and water.
  • STEP 2.Heat ghee in a pan Fill the fryer or strainer with the batter.
  • STEP 3.Position it over pan and drain bundies in hot ghee by hitting the strainer on side of the pan.this process should be finished very quickly.
  • STEP 4.Fry them to golden clour and remove form ghee
  • STEP 5.Now prepare sugr syrup and mix bundies and coconut powder.
  • STEP 6.After 10 minutes prepare round balls with moist hands.
