Ingredients for Bottle Guard-Coconut Laddoo with choco lava inside Recipe

  • 1/2 Cups Bottle guard
  • 1/4 Cup Milk powder
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • A Pinch Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 Cup Dessicated coconut
  • As Required Warm milk
  • A Few Choco chips
  • As Required Dairy milk Cadbury

Directions: Bottle Guard-coconut Laddoo With Choco Lava Inside Recipe

  • STEP 1.Turn on the gas.
  • STEP 2.Take 2 cups of grated bottle guard, 1 cup of milk powder and 1 cup of sugar.
  • STEP 3.Saute all the above ingredients with a little ghee for about 5 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Allow the mixture to cook for around 10 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Turn off the flame.
  • STEP 6.Allo the mixture to cool for 15-20 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Take 1 small dairy milk Cadbury. Break into pieces and add small amount of warm milk so as to make lava.
  • STEP 8.Add some dessicated coconut to the mixture once it become cool.
  • STEP 9.Then make small balls as like laddoos and make a whole in the center.
  • STEP 10.Fill it with choco lava.
  • STEP 11.Garnish laddoos with extra dessicated coconut and few choco chips.
  • STEP 12.Place all laddoos in the refrigerator for around 10 minutes.
  • STEP 13.Ready to eat.
