  • 1.67 tbsp Dry fruit
  • as required kesar
  • 33.33 g Sugar
  • 0.33 tbsp Elaichi powder
  • As Required Sugar syrup

Directions: Boondi Rabdi Parfait Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add water in chick pea flour or besan and make a semi thick batter nd make Boondi. Heat the ghee and make Boondi.
  • STEP 2.Make two string syrup add Elaichi powder and kesar in it. And add Boondi in it.add dry fruits of your choice....
  • STEP 3.For make Rabdi first boiled the milk till half then add required sugar and again boiled till light pink. Your Rabdi is done...
  • STEP 4.Now for layering first Boondi then dry fruits and then Rabdi decorate with pistachios and rose petals.
