How to Make Boondi Rabdi Parfait Recipe
STEP 01
Add water in chick pea flour or besan and make a semi thick batter nd make Boondi. Heat the ghee and make Boondi.
STEP 02
Make two string syrup add Elaichi powder and kesar in it. And add Boondi in it.add dry fruits of your choice....
STEP 03
For make Rabdi first boiled the milk till half then add required sugar and again boiled till light pink. Your Rabdi is done...
STEP 04
Now for layering first Boondi then dry fruits and then Rabdi decorate with pistachios and rose petals.
