Ingredients for Besan chilla sabji Recipe

  • 1/4 Cups Bowl besan
  • 0.13 tsp Salt
  • 0.13 tsp Red chili powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon Carom seeds
  • 1/4 Pieces Small onion chopped
  • 1/4 g reen chilli chopped
  • as required Oil for frying
  • 1/2 Pieces piece onion
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/4 g whole gaelic
  • 1/4 inch Ginger
  • 1/4 g reen Chilli
  • 1/2 tsp Curd
  • 1/2 tsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Red chili powder
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.13 tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon Kitchen king masala
  • 1/4 tsp Kasoori methi
  • as required Coriander leaves

Directions: Besan Chilla Sabji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix ingredients of chilla. Make chillas and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.Now make gravy. Take a wok. Pour oil. Heat. Add chopped onions. Stir. Add finely chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies. Stir. Fry till onions are golden in colour. Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder. Stir. Add curd and stir. Add Kasoori methi. Add chopped tomatoes. Cook till masala leaves sides.
  • STEP 3.To this masala add 1 big glass of water and let it boil on medium flame.
  • STEP 4.Now cut pieces of chila in your desired shape and add to gravy.
  • STEP 5.Cook for 5 min. Add Kitchen king masala.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy2
