STEP 2.make a batter of besan + semolina + salt + turmeric + red chilli powder + carom seeds + oil + water and keep in rest for 8-10 minutes.
STEP 3.place pan on low flame and drizzle 1 tsp oil, add baking powder to the prepared mixture and mix well.
STEP 4.a medium consistency batter is required.
STEP 5.dip each bread slice in batter, coat nicely all over and toast for 4-5 minutes under low flame.
STEP 6.flip and toast other side too by pressing gently.
Toast under low flame.
STEP 7.now toast is ready.
STEP 8.follow the same process with rest of the slices by adding remaining oil.
STEP 9.serve with tomato sauce and enjoy
