Directions: Baingan Ka Bharta Recipe

  • STEP 1.Now roast brinjals on medium flame.
  • STEP 2.Roast tomatoes, green chillies.
  • STEP 3.Now peel of brinjals and tomatoes.
  • STEP 4.Now mash the roasted brinjals, tomatoes, green chilli in a bowl. Add finely coriander leaves, cumin powder and salt.
  • STEP 5.Your baigan (brinjal) ka bharta is ready to eat.
