  • as required Paneer
  • as required Sugar
  • as required Milk

Directions: Angoori Rasmalai Recipe

  • STEP 1.Keep the milk to boil, reduce it till half, keep straining
  • STEP 2.Meanwhile take paneer in mixing bowl n maa it nicely with plam n make small ball's n keep aside
  • STEP 3.In between keep straining milk
  • STEP 4.In other pan add 1 bowl sugar n 2 bowl water n keep to boil n keep straining occasionally till sugar dissolves completely
  • STEP 5.Now add paneer ball's, cover n cook fr 5/8 min, then remove n keep to cool
  • STEP 6.In milk add sugar n keep to boil
  • STEP 7.When rasgullas r cool jst take n squeeze softly n add them in milk, boil fr 5 min n sever hot or chill
