Ingredients for Aloo tamatar ki sabji Recipe

  • 1.25 Pieces Potatoes
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/2 g reen chili
  • 0.13 Tbsp spoon Red chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.13 Tbsp Spoon cumin seeds
  • 0.13 Tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 g pinch Hin
  • 0.13 g Spoon garam masala
  • 0.13 Tbsp Spoon coriander powder
  • as required Oil

Directions: Aloo Tamatar Ki Sabji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces.
  • STEP 2.Add tomato and green chilli in grinder and grind it,make a paste.
  • STEP 3.Add oil in a cooker now add cumin seeds when crackle add paste and saute for 5 minutes and add all dry masale.
  • STEP 4.Now add cut potatoes and water,take 2-3 whistles.Now open the cooker and garnish with green coriander.
