Ingredients for Aloo Gajar matar Recipe

  • 0.33 Pieces Gajar
  • 1 Pieces Potato
  • 0.17 Cup Peas
  • 0.33 Pieces Tomato
  • To Taste Turmeric
  • To Taste Salt
  • To Taste turmeric powder
  • 0.17 Tsp jeera
  • As Required coriander leaves
  • To Taste red chilli powder
  • To Taste coriander powder
  • To Taste garam masala

Directions: Aloo Gajar Matar Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly put oil in cooker, then add jeera. Then add sliced onion with tomato puree. Mix well the mixture and add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric.
  • STEP 2.Then add gajar, peas and potato. Close the lid of cooker and wait till one whistle come.
  • STEP 3.When it is cooked add garam masala and coriander leaves and serve hot with roti.
