Ingredients for Alloo pakoda Recipe

  • 125 g Maize flour
  • 2 Pieces Potato
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp Red chill powder
  • 1/2 cup Chopped onion

Directions: Alloo Pakoda Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a fry pan and put cooking oil in it. Now put maize flour and water in the Big Bowl to make a Semi solid solution. Now add salt and red chilli powder in the solution . Now put pieces of potatoes and onion in the maize floor solution. Dip them in the solution properly and fry them on medium flame. Take out when it's colour changes to Little Brown and serve it with a garnish of coriander leaves.
