  • 1 pound raw shrimp
  • 1.50 cup Lime Juice
  • As required Salt
  • 1 cucumber peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
  • 4 serrano peppers stem and seeds removed
  • 1/2 bunch Cilantro

Directions: Aguachilies Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel the shrimp, cut the shrimp into a open butterfly cover with plastic and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Add serrano pepper , cilantro and lime juice in a blender. Take shrimp out the and add cucumber and onion
  • STEP 3.Pour the sauce all over, marinate for 30 minutes and serve with tostada.
