Ingredients for Aate ka halwa Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup Ghee
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 2 Pieces Almonds
  • 7.50 Pieces chironji
  • As Required Water as require

Directions: Aate Ka Halwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take flour and sugar for the pudding.
  • STEP 2.Heat ghee in a pan. Fry the dough on medium flame till it turns slightly brown.add water to the sugar and heat it till the sugar melts.
  • STEP 3.Pour the hot boiling sugar syrup over the mixture, stirring continuously. Mix cardamom powder.
  • STEP 4.Serve hot halwa garnished with almonds and chironji.
