How to Make Aate Ka Halwa Recipe
STEP 01
Take flour and sugar for the pudding.
STEP 02
Heat ghee in a pan. Fry the dough on medium flame till it turns slightly brown.add water to the sugar and heat it till the sugar melts.
STEP 03
Pour the hot boiling sugar syrup over the mixture, stirring continuously. Mix cardamom powder.
STEP 04
Serve hot halwa garnished with almonds and chironji.
