  • 2 medium bananas, cut up
  • 2 ripe medium peach
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 ½ tsp honey
  • 1 ½ cup small ice cubes


1. Wash the peaches well then deseed them. After that cut them into slices.

2. Peel and chop the bananas roughly and add them into the blender with slices of peach, unsweetened almond milk, honey and ice cubes.

3. Blend them in high frequency for a couple of seconds or until they are smooth and foamy in texture. You can add more milk to reach the desired consistency.

4. In a glass pour the smoothie and drizzle some honey on it.
