  1. 2 medium sized potatoes 
  2. 2 tablespoon tamarind paste 
  3. 4-5 garlic cloves 
  4. Green chilli 
  5. Curry leaves 
  6. Mustard seeds 
  7. salt 
  8. oil 

Method for preparation- 

  1. Take the potatoes and boil them in water for 10 minutes. 
  2. Peel the skin off the boiled potatoes. Allow the potatoes to cool down 
  3. Next step is to add the chopped pieces of potatoes and put it into a mixer grinder. Add salt, tamarind paste, garlic cloves, green chili into it. Grind till you make a fine paste. 
  4. Once grinded, take out the paste in a bowl. Heat oil in a pan, add tadka using mustard seeds and curry leaves. 
  5. Aloo ki chutney is ready!
