Here’s a recipe for a super healthy sprouts salad that you can enjoy any day, any time!

Ingredients -

  1. ½ cup Moong dal 
  2. ½ cup Moth dal
  3. ½ cup Sprouts
  4. ½ cup roasted Peanuts
  5. ½ cup pomegranate
  6. ½ cup boiled corn
  7. 2 tablespoon green chutney
  8. Tamarind chutney
  9. ½ tablespoon chaat masala
  10. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  11. ¼ teaspoon black salt
  12. Coriander leaves
  13. 1 chopped onion
  14. 1 chopped tomato
  15. 1 green chilli

Steps in the making-

  1. Take a bowl and first add moong dal, moth dal and sprouts
  2. In the same bowl, add boiled corn, pomegranate and roasted peanuts
  3. Into the mixture, now add green chutney, tamarind chutney and lemon juice for a tangy taste
  4. Also, add chopped onions and tomato. Put some finely chopped green chilli for a spicy salad.
  5. In the end, add salt and mix all the ingredients well and properly
  6. Garnish your sprouts salad with coriander leaves
