How To Make Chicken Dosa 

Also known as Kari Dosa from Madurai, chicken dosa is one of the easiest and quickest meals to nosh up on whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. All you need is a some dosa batter, chicken mince with a handful of spices - including curry leaves, ginger-garlic paste, kari powder or garam masala, pepper and red chilli powder and a hot griddle. Cook the dosa with the prepared chicken mix stuffed inside and serve hot.
