  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen bananas 
  • 2 cups frozen spinach 
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango cubes 
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple 
  • 2 tbsp flavoured protein powder (optional) 
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup/jaggery powder 
  • 1 tsp soaked Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseeds
  • A pinch of cinnamon


  1. Chop all the fruits and the spinach.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a blender and start blending at a slow speed. 
  3. Increase the speed gradually and blend for about 50-60 seconds till the mixture is smooth. 
  4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve. 

You can add more fruits, nuts and seeds according to your preference. You can also add or replace spinach with greens like kale, celery and beet greens. Top the smoothie with nuts and seeds for added nutrition and better taste.
