The flavor of peanut butter is very strong and when added with ramen, it gives a highly sweetened variant in them.

You can buy a packet of ramen and chilli garlic sauce at any nearest grocery store. If you do not like too much spicy flavour, you may consider skipping the chilli ginger sauce. 

Here is how to make ramen with peanut butter in it. 


  • 1 packet instant ramen
  • 2 spring onion ( sliced and chopped )
  • 1 tablespoon chilli garlic sauce
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter 
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar 


  • In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, chilli garlic sauce, soy sauce and brown sugar. Stir until smooth paste forms.
  • Now, boil the water in a small saucepan over high heat. When it boils, take half a cup of water and add it to the peanut and chili paste until it becomes a smooth sauce.
  • Now, take out ramen from the packet ( no need to add seasoning ) and add to the boiling water
  • Cook ramen for 2-3 minutes or until the noodles are soft.
  • Then turn off the heat and drain the ramen. Pour the ramen into a pot and add the peanut sauce. Mix well to combine. 
  • Add sliced and chopped spring onions and serve immediately.

To make this ramen recipe healthy and fibrous, you can add different vegetables like spinach, bell pepper, carrot, tofu and onion. If you want to make it for a non-veg lover, add cooked chicken to this ramen.
