- 4 small oranges
- 1 small 3-inch ginger (peeled)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Pinch of turmeric
How To Make Orange And Ginger Detox Drink:
- Take a blender, add peeled ginger and blend it. Make a raw thick, coarse puree.
- Cut the oranges and remove the seeds and add them to the blender. Blend ginger and oranges.
- Now add 300 ml water, turmeric, and sugar to the blender, and blend for one late time.
- Strain the juice with a sieve or strainer.
- Add honey and lemon juice, mix well.
Your orange detox water is ready to be served immediately.
Can you store the detox juice?
The answer is 'no'. Not just storing this detox juice, but any other juice is not recommended. If you store the freshly blended juice, the nutrients release their freshness and antioxidants, which are not beneficial for your health to drink stored juice.
