  • 4 medium-large sweet potatoes
  • 2 ½ tbsp butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


1. Preheat the oven to 450*F while prepping for the parmesan garlic sweet potato fries.  

2. Line the baking tray with parchment paper and lightly spray the cooking spray.

3. Slice the potatoes into ¼ inch sticks roughly and put them in a bowl.

4. Add butter, salt and pepper to the bowl. Mix it well with the sweet potato.
