  • 2 cups boiled corn
  • 1 ½ tsp coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon 
  • ¼ cup plain mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp schezwan sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


1. Wash the corns properly and put them in a saucepan with water. Boil them until they are soft. Drain the excess water and let them dry for some time.

2. Meanwhile, take a small bowl, add mayonnaise and schezwan sauce. Mix them well.

3. In another big bowl, add the boiled corns, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and coriander powder with the prepared sauce. Mix them well. You can adjust the seasonings according to your taste.
