Moreover, this lemon cheesecake mousse has a lighter texture, due to the addition of whipped cream. That zesty flavour in fluff form will really impress anyone at the dining table. A point of difference between lemon cheesecake mousse and any other lemon mousse is that you don’t have to make use of eggs to make the dessert. So yes, it is eggless.

- 1 teaspoon salt  

- 1 tablespoon lemon zest 

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice 

- 1 cup powdered sugar 

- 2 tablespoons lemon curd 

- 1 cup whipped cream 

- 1 bowl crushed biscuits 

- 2 tablespoons melted butter 

- 1 cup cream chees 


  1. Mix biscuits and butter in a bowl.  
  2. In dessert glasses, layer the buttery mixture at the bottom.  
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine salt, powdered sugar and cream cheese. Whisk together at high speed.  
  4. Now fold in whipped cream.  
  5. Whisk again.  
  6. Now fold in lemon curd and lemon juice.  
  7. Whisk again.
  8. Pour the mousse on the biscuit base.  
  9. Top with lemon zest. 
  10. Serve.
