Lemon is enriched with vitamin C, which acts as an antioxidant, removing free radicals from our body besides making our blood vessels soft and flexible, lowering the blood pressure.
3. Chia Seeds-Infused Water
Brimming with omega-3 fatty acids, chia seeds work as a natural blood thinner, further reducing our blood pressure. You can soak chia seeds in water for an hour or so and drink them.
