‘Sunday ho ya Monday roz khao ande’ is a commonly used over-stated Hindi phrase. However, perhaps following this phrase would be highly beneficial to our health and body. Eggs are incredibly nutritious, and adding them to our diet would be an excellent source of proteins, vitamins and lutein intake. Breakfasts are an essential part of the day and are also the first meal. If we don’t kick start our mornings with a healthy heavy breakfast, then we’re just going to feel a lack of motivation to do our chores, dizziness, weakness, and hence all of it leading to fatigue. To avoid having a bad, inefficient day, we have come up with overloaded cheesy Omelette. Omelettes are one of the protein-rich breakfast dishes made from beaten eggs further fried in a pan and served. We’ve come up with a bit of a twist in the making. Here’s what. 



  1. Two eggs

  2. One cheese slice

  3. Finely small chopped onion

  4. Green chilly

  5. Small chopped garlic

  6. 1 tsp butter

  7. Black pepper

  8. Salt to taste

  9. For garnishing, coriander leaves


Method for preparation-

  1. First, take a bowl and beat both the eggs together.

  2. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper.

  3. Now add onion, green chilli to the bowl. Beat all the ingredients together correctly.

  4. Please turn on the stove and put it over the pan. Put the beaten eggs into the pan in a square shape

  5. The heat from both the slides. Now add a cheese slice in between the omelette and fold the omelette.

  6. Again heat the omelette a little. Garnish it with coriander leaves

  7. Chilly Cheese Omelette is ready to eat.
