How to Make Chicken Bone Broth?

It is extremely easy to prepare this nutrient-dense broth. Just follow the steps provided below and you are done.


Chicken necks/feet/wings: 4 pounds

Medium onions (peel on, sliced in half lengthwise, and quartered): 2

Garlic cloves (peel on and smashed): 4

Carrots (chopped): 3

Celery stalks (chopped): 3

Himalayan salt: 1 teaspoon

Whole peppercorns: 1 teaspoon

Apple cider vinegar: 3 tablespoons

Bay leaves: 2

Sprigs fresh thyme: 3

Sprigs parsley: 5–6

Oregano: 1 teaspoon

Cold water: 18–20 cups


1. Take a cooker and put all ingredients in it.

2. Add water.

3. Simmer for 24 to 48 hours.

4. Keep skimming fat occasionally.

5. Remove the cooker from heat and let the broth cool slightly. 

6. Strain it in a bowl and let the stock cool to room temperature.

7. You can either use the chicken broth within a week or can freeze to use for up to three months.
