  • 1 ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tsp flax seed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp honey


1. In a blender add flax seed, milk, yogurt and honey. Blend them all together for a couple of minutes.

2. Once they are blended, gradually add the blueberries and again blend them all together until it has reached the desired consistency.

3. If you like you can also garnish it with some crushed dry fruits.

Your wholesome blueberry smoothie is ready.
