Eggs are an extremely rich source of vitamins and antioxidants. Fried eggs are a great meal for any breakfast and just another way to make eggs. This is a super easy recipe that only takes five minutes of your time. However, the cooking time of the fried egg depends on whether or not you want the liquid egg yolk. Here is how to make a fried egg and unleash an exciting side of eating eggs.  


All you need is three simple ingredients to cook a delicious fried egg:  

  1. 2 large eggs 
  2. Cooking oil 
  3. Salt and pepper to taste 


  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease a little oil to coat the entire bottom of the pan. 
  • Break the egg carefully and open it tightly closed and slowly into the pan. 
  • Cook for 5 minutes and turn for a second on the other side. Season and serve. 
  • If you like it crispier, there’s another way of cooking eggs. You can cook until the eggs are completely hardened on the bottom. Place the spatula under the egg coming from the yellow part and gently turn it over. Cook for another 30-60 seconds. 
  • Season with salt and pepper and serve. 

Tip: Always use a wide non-stick pan especially for making fried eggs as some are so small that you can't beat an egg with a spatula. This will make cooking fried eggs even easier and better.
