Haven’t we all wished for a svelte physique like that of Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone at least once in our lives? Fitness coach Yasmin Karachiwala who has closely worked with both the actresses and several Bollywood celebrities has become a name to reckon with in the fitness industry. It is a good thing, that the pilates instructor is so active on social media and gives out many useful fitness tips every now and then. On Saturday, Yasmin gave us a glimpse of what she eats in a day. And looks like we can all take a cue.

She posted an Instagram reel revealing some of the things she has on a regular basis. Here’s a bit about everything that featured in the reel.  

1. Butter coffee: A keto-friendly drink, this coffee is said to be helpful in keeping you active and satiated. The fat (butter) helps increase feeling of fullness. All you need to do is drop a blob of butter in your morning black coffee. 

2. Quinoa+veggies: Quinoa is touted as among the best plant-based sources of protein. It has all 9 essential amino acids that makes it a complete package. Different seasonal vegetables come with their own nutritional value and also help balance the glycemic load. 

3. Protein shake: A healthy and wholesome protein shake could really keep those untimely cravings at bay. You can add anything to your protein shake, from nuts, seeds, to eggs! 

4. Coffee+peanut butter bites: Another low-carb, low-cal snack option you can explore for evening. Yasmin called it her “favourite meal” of the day in her post.  

5. Salmon+asparagus+pumpkin mash: Here’s a meal that truly exemplifies a ‘balanced meal’. It is replete with protein, fibre, antioxidants, omega 3 fatty acids and many more vital minerals and nutrients.
